HomeAid Project Approved by Livermore Planning Commission

Last week the Livermore Planning Commission Approved HomeAid’s Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Design Review to authorize the demolition of the existing Tri-Valley Haven facility and proceed with construction documents to build a new supportive housing facility.

The approved Entitlements would authorize the demolition of the two existing buildings and preparing construction documents for three new buildings, one for housing with 14 rooms ranging from single to multiple occupancy, two family apartments, and an administrative building which would include a conference room, learning center, kitchenette, counseling rooms, and offices to support the primary use of supportive housing. When completed this new 45-bed facility will have on-site staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support the residents.

HomeAid would like to thank: KTGY Architects, Vizion Utility Design, CBG Engineering, ENGEO, vandertoolen Associates, Harris and Sloan, and Kellco Services for their generous donations of time, talent, and experience to get this project designed and approved by the Planning Commission.  We are excited to move forward with the construction documents for this important project for the Tri-Valley region.
