Tri Valley Haven Shelter
HomeAid, and our incredible team of design professionals, have submitted construction documents for our Tri Valley Haven rebuild in Livermore!
The approved entitlements will authorize the construction of three new buildings, one for housing with 45-beds ranging from single to multiple occupancy, two 2-bedroom family apartments, and an administrative building which would include a conference room, learning center, kitchenette, counseling rooms, and offices to support this brand-new domestic violence shelter for the Tri Valley area. When completed this new facility will have on-site staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week to support residents.
HomeAid would like to thank: KTGY Architects, Vizion Utility Design, CBG Engineering, ENGEO, vandertoolen Associates, Harris and Sloan, and Kellco Services, for their generous donations of time, talent, and experience to get this project designed and submitted!
We should receive construction approvals on this important project for the Tri Valley region in early 2025 and will go to public bid on this federally funded project. If you or your company want be notified on the bidding process, please contact Crisand Giles for more information.
