HomeAid Seeks Builder Captain for Micro Home Project in Hayward

HomeAid Northern California builds and renovates multi-shelter units for homeless families and individuals so they can rebuild their lives.  We are excited about our next 10-unit Micro Home project on Patrick Avenue in Hayward and seeking a builder captain to champion the project summer/fall 2023.

As the charity arm of the building industry, HomeAid’s work is made possible through the generosity of homebuilders, their trade partners, financial institutions, and you! HomeAid’s primary focus is on the women, children, veterans, and families who experience a life-altering event and are rendered temporarily homeless due to circumstances beyond their control.

HomeAid is are committed to helping make a difference for homeless families and individuals through advocacy, building and renovating shelters, and providing support services.  If you are interested in donating your expertise or materials to help build a HomeAid project please contact Crisand Giles for project opportunities to support your current residential projects!  Not a builder, no problem – through our seasonal Care Days and Drives volunteers are able to come together to support the network of Bay Area nonprofit partners we build with in a variety of ways, please check out our event page for upcoming opportunities.
