Vallejo: 47-unit Permanent Supportive Housing
HomeAid Northern California is happy to assist Firm Foundation Community Housing with the Broadway Project, a 47-unit Permanent Supportive Housing Project located in Vallejo. The city will receive $12.1 million grant funding for the project and Factory OS is building the modular components. Mark Scott Construction is the Builder Captain and Dahlin Group is the architect who combined modular and vertical construction components to create a unique project that includes a community room, courtyard, and access to a rooftop deck.
