HomeAid Nearing Completion of Unit Construction for Hope Village

HomeAid is excited to partner with our Builder Captain the Pulte Group on the construction on our newest micro-home village in partnership with Firm Foundation Community Housing  for Hope Solutions

We are nearing completion of the units at our micro-home factory site in Dublin and will be ready to crane the units into place at their final location at the Grace Presbyterian Church located in Walnut Creek.  Crane day is always exciting for HomeAid micro-home projects, and we look forward to moving these 7-units to their foundations in Walnut Creek on October 11th and October 14th.  The new Hope Village project has been constructed in an area of underutilized parking at the church, these individual homes will offer connectivity to the community, jobs, and transit while also providing a place to heal.

Founded in 1997, Hope Solutions was created to provide emergency support to homeless individuals.  Hope Solutions has grown to provide permanent supportive housing and vital social services to over 2,200 of the most vulnerable members of the community in Contra Costa County.
